S.T.E.P.S. – Online Kick-off Meeting (WP2/TPM1)

TPM1 was organised online by UniLaSalle to officially launch WP2 and establish a common understanding of its objectives, timetable and division of responsibilities. The meeting was attended by 20 participants, including two representatives from UniLaSalle.

The partners reviewed the WP2 timetable, the interrelationship between PR1, PR2, PR3 and PR4, and the associated activities: E1, E2, LTTA1, LTTA2, LTTA3 and TPM2. Particular attention was paid to the objectives for the first year, the collection of national practices for WP1 and the simultaneous launch of the development of FOSSBot 2.0 as part of WP2.

The meeting helped to clarify the organisations’ responsibilities, the common templates to be used, deadlines, evaluation procedures and the links between research work, technical choices and future teaching resources. The partners also discussed coordination mechanisms, document sharing, follow-up meetings and the initial communication and dissemination activities.

TPM1 ultimately provided the operational framework necessary for the coordinated launch of WP2 and ensured that the partners were aligned on the expected outcomes, working methods and key implementation milestones.
