Aims

TPM5 provides the foundation for the development of PR7. It ensures that the recommendations produced in PR7 are well-grounded and directly informed by all activities carried out throughout the project. The meeting brings the full consortium together to align on objectives, responsibilities, and timelines before the final work package begins.

Main Topics

• Planning of E5, the final multiplier event, hosted by HUA, which showcases WP5 and PR7 results

• Review of all prior project results (PR1 through PR6) to identify key lessons, successes, and challenges that will feed into PR7

• Discussion of best practices gathered across the consortium countries (France, Greece, Spain, Poland, Turkey) to inform the recommendations

• Definition of the structure and content of PR7 — the recommendations and guidelines for HEIs, secondary schools, and national education ministries

• Assignment of roles and responsibilities among partners for the PR7 writing process, led by UBU and co-led by DigiCULT and APDNE

• Review and update of the sustainability plan in light of project progress to date
